Sierra Solutions in Chicago is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead transformative CRM and commercial technology initiatives within the life sciences sector. You will drive end-to-end CRM programs, partnering with business, IT, and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM or business applications projects within life sciences.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end CRM and business applications projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Guide cross-functional project teams, including business stakeholders, technical resources, and external partners.
• Oversee CRM platform implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, focusing on Salesforce and Veeva.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to align deliverables with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GxP, FDA, and HIPAA.
• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful CRM program integration.
