Job summary

Coastal seeks a Senior Project Manager to support a life sciences enterprise client. The role emphasizes governance, data and reporting, CRM migrations, and vendor transitions, with hands-on work and collaboration across brand teams, IT/CRM, and Retention Services.

The candidate will lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, champion PM COE standards, and deliver programs that align with strategic objectives while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience leading data and reporting workstreams, including backlog reporting across Therapeutic Areas.
• Experience managing CRM migrations and system transitions in Life Sciences environments.
• Experience navigating vendor transitions, including scope, timeline, and risk management.
• 7–10 years in reimbursement, hub services, or specialty pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and with quality, driving accountability for milestones and risks.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, influence stakeholders, and ensure clear messaging.
• Governance and risk management with structured reporting for leadership visibility.
• Build and maintain backlog reporting across Therapeutic Areas and data workflows.
• Support CRM migrations and system changes while coordinating vendors and timelines.
• Promote PM COE standards and drive continuous improvement across teams.
