Zusammenfassung

Slipstream Life Sciences seeks a Director, Enterprise CRM Delivery to lead delivery across an expanding CRM transformation portfolio. You will ensure programs are staffed, governed, and delivered to the highest standards across CRM migrations, deployments, and managed services.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise technology or digital transformation, preferably within life sciences.
• 5+ years leading teams or overseeing multiple client engagements.
• Strong experience with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM or Salesforce.
• Experience delivering complex CRM implementations, migrations, or global transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Commercial, Medical Affairs, and/or Market Access processes within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, resource planning, utilization, margin management, and forecasting.
• Experience supporting proposals, estimates, SOW development, and client presentations.
• Strong executive communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing consulting environment with multiple competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight across multiple CRM transformation and implementation programs.
• Ensure engagements are delivered successfully against scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Establish consistent delivery standards, governance, methodologies, templates, and quality controls.
• Conduct portfolio and project health reviews and identify risks and recovery plans.
• Partner with engagement leads to develop recovery plans for projects needing intervention.
• Serve as escalation point for complex delivery issues and drive resolution.
• Ensure transition from implementation into hyper care and managed services.
• Provide delivery leadership for CRM programs including Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Oversee migrations, implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support AI-enabled delivery approaches and reusable accelerators.
