Qualifications

• 1+ years of client service experience in life sciences or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing projects with clients across life sciences.
• Synthesize client feedback and support implementation.
• Maintain client branding elements across tools and deliverables.
• Assist in routing of Statements of Work and contracting processes.
