Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead account team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Develop strategies with stakeholders to attain client outcomes and expand services.
• Lead performance reviews, staff development, and resource planning.
• Prepare pitches, presentations, and metrics ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and projects align with company goals.
