Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 1+ years of client service experience, preferably within the life sciences or medical communications industry.
• Strong communicator both in written and verbal forms with ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing projects with clients across life sciences.
• Support development of project plans and materials; track items through review.
• Maintain client communications to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Assist with sales tools, collateral, and proposals to promote services.
