Stone Harbor Staffing Group Inc. in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager for Orbis Clinical to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the Strategic Business Unit’s market presence by securing new accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

• Three years of sales and management experience in healthcare staffing or consulting services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of business functions, policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit, recruit, and evaluate new business for long-term goals.
• Act as liaison between SBU, client facility staff, and internal teams.
• Maintain client contacts and networks to expand opportunities.
• Identify, price, negotiate, and close contracts advantageous to the SBU.
• Develop relationships with new and existing accounts, including executives.
• Create processes and information flow between BD and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to increase penetration in existing accounts.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive pricing; provide feedback to management.
• Develop strategic plans with department leaders to meet goals.
