Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new opportunities within the Life Sciences & Healthcare team. You will identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities across Clarivate's data, analytics, and intelligence solutions, collaborating with senior sales leaders to support the end-to-end process from outreach to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Degree in sciences preferred.
• Familiar with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Experience selling software/services to life sciences/pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound leads follow-up.
• Engage senior decision-makers across life sciences and healthcare to understand challenges and priorities.
• Qualify prospects and collaborate with sales executives to advance opportunities toward close.
• Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build outreach strategies.
• Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in your territory.
• Support active deals by providing insights, coordinating next steps, and driving momentum.
• Accurately document activities and progress in Salesforce.
• Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets aligned to quarterly goals.
