Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Business Development Associate to join the Life Sciences & Healthcare team. The BDA will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities across Clarivate's data, analytics, and intelligence solutions.

You will partner with senior sales leaders to support end-to-end sales, from prospect engagement to deal progression. You will generate opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, qualify prospects, and contribute to a robust pipeline while aligning

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Degree in sciences is a plus.
Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite is expected.
Experience selling software/services in Life Sciences/pharma is preferred.
Comfort engaging senior-level stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound leads.
Engage senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and priorities.
Qualify prospects and collaborate with sales executives to move opportunities toward close.
Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft outreach strategies.
Maintain and expand a strong pipeline within assigned territory.
Support active deals by coordinating next steps and driving momentum.
Accurately document activities and progress in Salesforce.
Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
