Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; masters or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA required.
• Eight (8)+ years’ experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm; life sciences desired.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement testing of internal controls and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations.
• Drive client engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
