Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA is required.
• Five or more years of auditing in a professional services firm, life sciences preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams with strong client service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance services to life sciences clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Managing all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor staff and develop their technical and professional skills.
• Develop new opportunities and drive growth of Life Sciences practice.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and profitability.
