Qualifications

• CPA required and audit experience in a professional services firm.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience in life sciences or similar industry.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience and mentoring staff.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients in Life Sciences.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges throughout the year.
• Develop testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
