Qualifications

• CPA required; active license in good standing.
• 8+ years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years supervisory experience and mentoring staff.
• Experience in life sciences, technology or manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Support growth of Baker Tilly’s practice by cross-service collaboration and business development.
• Balance client needs with firm leadership expectations to drive long-term success.
