Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an Audit Partner to lead and grow our assurance practice for middle-market clients. You will work closely with firm leadership to deliver industry-focused audit and related services, mentor staff, and expand our client base through cross-service collaboration.

You will guide engagement teams, manage risk and profitability, and develop client relationships that support long-term business success.

Qualifications

CPA is required.
8+ years' experience in financial statement auditing at a professional services firm, life sciences/tech/manufacturing preferred.
Experience mentoring and supervising staff at multiple levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted member of the engagement team, delivering audit and assurance services to middle-market clients.
Lead fieldwork and supervise staff to ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and analysis.
Develop client relationships and identify opportunities across service lines to grow the practice.
Manage staffing, billing, and profitability targets for engagements.
Mentor and coach staff to advance their technical and professional skills.
Collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth and client impact.
