Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of financial statement audit experience in a professional services firm; life sciences experience desired.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to life sciences clients.
• Develop testing to assess internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Drive growth of Baker Tilly's Life Sciences practice by generating new opportunities and collaborating across service lines.
