Qualifications

• CPA required
• Eight or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm, preferably in life sciences
• Five or more years in Life Sciences, Technology and/or Manufacturing
• Five or more years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lead and supervise others and maintain client service excellence

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member delivering assurance and consulting services to middle market clients
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges
• Develop and implement testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and data
• Drive growth by generating new opportunities and collaborating across service lines
• Network to build client and project opportunities and mentor staff
