Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA is required.
• Five (5) or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm; life sciences experience preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience; mentoring and coaching desired.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement testing of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Drive growth of Baker Tilly Life Sciences practice by pursuing new opportunities.
