Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA required.
• Five+ years' experience providing financial statement auditing in a professional services firm in life sciences, technology or manufacturing is preferred.
• Three+ years' supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and maintain ethics and quality.
