Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA required; 5+ years’ experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm in life sciences, technology and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Three (3)+ years’ supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients, impacting financial statements, profitability, and operations.
• Interact with clients year-round to understand goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork ensuring quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Lead client engagement staffing, billing/collections, and ensure profitability targets.
• Drive growth by generating opportunities and partnering across service lines.
• Network and build relationships to acquire new clients and projects.
• Invest in professional development through firm programs.
• Support team development and mentoring of staff.
