You will work to grow the practice, network for new opportunities, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining a client‑centric mindset and strong ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of financial statement auditing in professional services, life sciences, tech or manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Lead testing of internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage fieldwork, ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Offer financial statement guidance and business insights based on testing and information gathered.
• Drive client engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
