Qualifications

• 8+ years in workforce strategy, org design, or talent transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's functional scope and ensure change lands with the technology.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for leadership audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
