Job summary

Accenture in the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Workforce Design Lead to steer people change as AI is deployed within the pod. You will define role evolution, own the workforce transition strategy, and coordinate with AI Innovators on design decisions.

You will develop communications for the pod's functional leadership, track adoption signals, and contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office, with travel up to 80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation.
• Proven change-management leadership for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Experience redesigning roles during large-scale process and tech changes.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and structures.
• Strong client-facing communication with VP and functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement, defining how roles must evolve as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's functional scope and ensure change lands with technology.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
• Develop communications and stakeholder materials for the pod's functional leadership audience.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to avoid delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
