Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice is seeking a strategic leader to helm workforce strategy and organizational transformation as AI reshapes roles and operating models across the enterprise. You will drive change at the C-suite level, design sustainable talent strategies, and partner closely with HR leaders to align performance with strategic priorities.

Travel up to 80% is anticipated.

Qualifications

8+ years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry.
Experience redesigning roles and operating models during large-scale technology or AI-driven transformation.
Proven track record leading change programs at the C-suite and VP level.

Responsibilities

Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks.
Define and own workforce transition strategy aligned to the reinvention roadmap.
Oversee role redesign and capability development in line with process and technology changes.
Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment sequencing and organizational readiness.
Engage CHRO and leadership teams to align on the workforce reinvention strategy.
Develop the enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications.
