Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, organizational development or HR transformation.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong written communication skills for developing clear, audience-appropriate change materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery
