Job summary

Accenture in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Workforce & Change Consultant to help drive workforce design and change management across our Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise programs. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop impact analyses, and create adoption plans tailored to functional audiences.

Travel up to 80% may be required as projects vary by client; you will partner with Learning & Development to align training and communications, and you will shape change strategies in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation.
• Experience with change impact analysis and stakeholder mapping.
• Ability to develop change communications for audiences.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management across transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness surveys.
• Develop change communications and adoption plans.
