Job summary

Appian's Solutions Consulting team is transforming into a trusted advisor for pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO clients. In this senior role, you’ll support life sciences customers, tell stories, co-create with customers, and shape strategy with technical credibility and business insight.

You will travel up to 70% and partner with product, sales, and customer teams to address RFIs/RFPs, define solutions, and drive value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineer or 6+ years in Professional Services/Consulting with Life Sciences focus
• Experience supporting digital transformation in Life Sciences
• Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and validated system requirements preferred
• Technical depth to respond to RFIs/RFPs and identify fit of Appian in broader org

Responsibilities

• Support pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO clients as a Senior Solutions Consultant.
• Tell stories, co-create with customers, and shape strategy with technical credibility and business insight.
• Lead discussions with customer teams and collaborate with Appian product groups on solutions.
