Job summary

Appian is seeking a senior Solutions Consultant to support pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO clients. You will leverage Life Sciences knowledge to craft technical and business strategies, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and engage with customers to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a successful Pre-Sales Engineer OR 6+ years in a Professional Services/Consulting role, with a significant focus (3+ years) in the Life Sciences Industry.
• Up to 70% travel to customer locations throughout the assigned region.
• An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PharmD, MPH, or PhD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO clients as a senior Solutions Consultant.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical elements.
• Demonstrate Life Sciences domain knowledge to shape strategy with technical credibility and business insight.
• Engage in discussions with Appian’s product team during engagements.
• Collaborate with customers to tell stories, co-create solutions, and drive digital transformation.
• Travel up to 70% to client locations may be required.
