JLL in San Diego seeks an experienced Transaction Manager to provide comprehensive operational and marketing support for our Life Science team. This full-time, in-office role coordinates transactions from pursuit through closing and executes integrated marketing strategies to boost market presence.

You'll lead planning, client relationships, financial analysis, and marketing collateral creation while ensuring brand compliance and data accuracy across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Act as team quarterback, coordinating among team members.
• Manage calendars for the San Diego team and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate tours and manage marketing space preparation.
• Organize planning of West Coast Life Science Team events.
• Serve as client contact, maintain relationships and service.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare proposals.
• Prepare and manage tenant pursuit forms throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing on initiatives and materials.
• Prepare print brochures, tour books, and graphic edits.
• Maintain property listings across platforms; ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and analyze market statistics.
• Manage marketing timelines and eblast campaigns.
• Coordinate Matterport scans and keep documentation current.
• Work with stakeholders to identify objectives weekly.
• Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe CC.
• Maintain competitive market sets and update regularly.
• CoStar follow-up and database accuracy.
• Process team expenses and vendor invoices.
• Organize open houses / broker events.
• Identify workflow improvements.
