Job summary

This in‑office role coordinates transaction processes from pursuit through closing and drives integrated marketing and client service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in real estate, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint abilities with familiarity in InDesign.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required; 3+ years industry experience.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint and InDesign skills.
• Excellent multitasking, detail orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team quarterback, coordinating among team members.
• Manage calendars for the San Diego team and schedule activities.
• Coordinate tour operations and market space preparation for properties.
• Organize and support planning of West Coast Life Science Team events.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and service.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare proposals to support decisions.
• Prepare and manage tenant pursuit forms through the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing on initiatives and materials creation.
• Prepare, update, and maintain property listings and marketing collateral.
