Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Executive in New Jersey to provide overall direction and supervision of multiple projects, including PMs, engineers, and staff. This role drives profitability, safety, and quality while leading business development pursuits and client relations.

Responsibilities include overseeing the preconstruction phase, budgets, schedules, and coordination of subcontractors. You will lead weekly owner meetings and mentor staff toward professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 15+ years in lead management for CM at Risk or construction manager.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software and logic.

Responsabilités

• Lead management of projects and supervise PMs, engineers and admins.
• Oversee preconstruction to close-out with accountability for profitability.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff; conduct semi-annual evaluations.
