Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 15+ years leading project teams in CM at Risk or construction management.
• Experience managing multiple large projects and ensuring profitability.
• Proficiency in cost reporting and project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects and staff.
• Lead business development pursuits and manage interview processes.
• Develop profitability plans and coordinate across departments.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget across projects.
• Attend owner meetings and maintain client relationships throughout projects.
