Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Executive in New Jersey to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, manage relationships with owners, subcontractors, and consultants, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

The PX will lead proposals, develop SOPs for Project Management, mentor staff, and drive business development while overseeing multiple projects from preconstruction through close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 15+ years experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in CM at Risk and cost reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition with profitability plans and proposal management.
• Coordinate pursuit strategy with staff on risks, schedule, and logistics.
• Assign staff to manage project scope and complexity.
• Oversee preconstruction budgeting and constructability reviews.
• Provide oversight across all project phases from preconstruction to close-out.
• Attend owner meetings and monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, profitability.
• Maintain client relations throughout project duration.
• Mentor and coach staff; ensure SOP compliance.
