The role reports to the Regional Director in the Project Management division, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 15+ years of experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects. Proficiency in cost reporting and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in CM at Risk or construction management.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition and oversee proposal development.
• Define RFP strategy informing project approach, staffing, estimate, risks, schedule, and logistics development.
• Assign staff to properly manage project scope and complexities.
• Provide oversight across all phases from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring continuity.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, and profitability.
