Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Executive in New Jersey to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, including PMs, engineers, and admins. You will establish operational priorities, maintain owner relationships, and lead profitability initiatives.

The PX will direct reporting requirements, help develop SOPs for the PM Department, and lead business development pursuits, proposals, and interviews. A strong safety and quality focus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in a lead management role for a CM at Risk or construction management firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Utilize industry contacts to generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition including profitability plans, coordination with staff, proposal development, and interview prep.
• Identify RFP pursuit strategy and inform project approach, staffing, estimates, risks, schedule, and logistics.
• Assign qualified staff to properly manage project scope and complexities.
• Manage preconstruction with estimating teams to develop budgets, schedules, logistics, risks, and constructability.
• Provide oversight across all phases from preconstruction to close-out; ensure continuity.
• Establish a client satisfaction action plan and ensure proper execution.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to achieve project objectives and profitability.
• Negotiate owner contracts and oversee subcontract development.
• Provide high-level supervision across multiple projects to meet goals.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and visit sites to monitor performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
