Consigli Construction in New Jersey is seeking a Project Executive to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, overseeing PMs, engineers, and administrators, and to drive profitability while maintaining safety and quality. You will lead business development, negotiate owner contracts, and ensure client satisfaction, with responsibility for long-term relationships and staff development.

This role reports to the Regional Director and requires extensive experience, culminating in

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in CM at Risk firms.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting.
• Thorough understanding and usage of Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software and project logic.

Mansioni

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead the work acquisition process and oversight of proposal development.
• Coordinate with staff to inform project approach, staffing, and scheduling.
• Assign staff to manage project scope and complexities.
• Oversee all phases from preconstruction to close-out and ensure safety/quality.
• Maintain client relationships and lead weekly owner meetings.
