Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in large construction projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams.
• Proficient in cost reporting and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects, overseeing PMs, engineers, and admins.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Develop profitability plans and oversee proposal development; manage interview prep.
• Assign staff to manage project scope and complexities; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Oversee all project phases from preconstruction to close-out; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain client relations and coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with SOPs; assist in hiring.
