Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale construction projects.
• 15+ years in lead management roles (CM at Risk or similar).
• Proficient in cost reporting and budget development.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; understanding of scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition and profitability plans with inter-department coordination.
• Define RFP strategy, staffing, estimates, risks, and logistics.
• Assign staff to manage project scope and complexity.
• Oversee preconstruction to close-out, ensuring safety and quality.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor performance and profitability.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in hiring and candidate interviews.
