Job summary

USPack in Akron, OH is seeking a Dispatcher (LS Tower) to serve as a key liaison between customers, independent contractors and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations for healthcare and life science clients.

The role handles inbound calls, order processing, dispatch, documentation, GPS tracking, and reporting, with a night shift and competitive hourly pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Life Science/pharma delivery or aviation/logistics experience preferred.
• Must complete TSA Security Threat Assessment and related Life Science trainings within 90 days.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and independent contractors; enter data accurately.
• Assist contractors with route issues, escalations, and operational support.
• Process routed, on-demand, and special delivery orders per standards.
• Assign and dispatch deliveries; monitor time-sensitive shipments to meet service commitments.
• Maintain Proof of Delivery documentation; ensure COPs and SOPs compliance.
