Job summary

USPack in Akron, OH is seeking a Dispatcher (LS Tower) to serve as a liaison between customers, Independent Contractors, and internal teams. You will handle inbound calls, process delivery orders, monitor shipments, and ensure documentation compliance for healthcare and Life Science client shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and proactive problem solving. Permanent schedule with evening shifts; pay rate $20.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and Independent Contractors, ensuring accurate entry of information into company systems.
• Assist contractors with route completion issues, escalations, and general operational support.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contractors to improve service satisfaction and retention.
