Job summary

USPack is a leading logistics provider focused on same‑day delivery. We’re hiring a Dispatcher (LS Tower) to coordinate between customers, independent contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely, compliant shipments for healthcare and life science clients.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shift schedule and benefits align with full‑time employment and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in customer service, call center, logistics, or administrative support.
• Must complete TSA Security Threat Assessment for Life Science clients within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in pharmaceutical delivery, clinical trials, aviation transport, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and ICs, ensuring accurate entry of information into company systems.
• Assist ICs with route completion issues, escalations, and general operational support needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contractors to improve service satisfaction and retention.
• Process routed, on-demand, and special delivery orders in accordance with standards.
• Evaluate feasibility of order fulfillment based on requirements and constraints.
• Assign and dispatch deliveries, update dispatch boards, monitor time-sensitive shipments.
• Review and manage required documentation to ensure SOP/COP compliance.
• Maintain and log Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation promptly.
• Track shipments via GPS and resolve delays or service interruptions.
• Generate daily reports on transportation issues and corrective actions.
• Monitor weather and other external factors that could impact operations and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation across customer and contractor records.
