Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Dispatcher to manage communication between customers and contractors while ensuring exceptional service delivery in health-related logistics. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or logistics.
• Experience in pharmaceutical delivery or clinical trials preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and aviation networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and assist Independent Contractors.
• Process delivery orders and ensure accuracy.
• Track shipments and generate reports on transportation issues.
