Job summary

USPack is seeking a Dispatcher (LS Tower) to serve as the liaison between customers, Independent Contractors, and internal teams. The role emphasizes inbound communications, order processing, and timely shipment support for Healthcare and Life Science clients, with adherence to company standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, or admin support.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and ICs; enter information accurately in systems.
• Process routed, on-demand, and special delivery orders per standards.
• Dispatch deliveries, monitor time-sensitive shipments, and update dispatch boards.
• Review documentation to ensure COPs/SOPs compliance; log PODs on time.
• Monitor weather or other external factors and escalate when needed.
• Generate daily reports on transportation issues and corrective actions.
