Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. is seeking a Donor Recruitment Representative to energize community engagement and build a steady donor base.

You will work in the field, connecting with people, schools, and businesses to organize and coordinate blood drives that support hospital needs. You will educate and motivate potential donors, hitting recruitment targets while developing lasting relationships to encourage repeat donations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and consistent transportation.
• Two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• CDL holders preferred; additional compensation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Recruit blood donors through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate and set up blood drives with local businesses, schools, and groups.
• Engage with the community via events and social media to raise awareness.
• Achieve recruitment goals to support hospitals and patients.
• Follow up on donor leads and nurture relationships for repeat donations.
