New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced ICU RN, Critical Care RN, Trauma Nurse or Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our Donation Coordinator team. You will respond on-site to organ donor referrals, provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation, management, and organ recovery.

Orientation begins January 2027 with a mix of on-site training in Waltham, MA and field assignments. Candidates must travel across New England, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work in

Qualifications

• 3-5 years clinical experience/critical care experience
• Annual influenza vaccination is required for employees who work in a clinical environment
• Ideal candidate lives within an hour of Framingham, MA

Responsabilités

• Respond on-site to organ donor referrals to provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation, donor management, organ allocation and organ recovery.
• Educate hospital staff on the donation process and obtain donor family consent for donation.
• Collaborate with multiple surgical teams and critical care staff to optimize organs for transplantation.
• Travel to hospitals across New England for donor evaluation and recovery with mileage reimbursements included.
