New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced Donation Coordinator (ICU RN or Respiratory Therapist) to respond on-site to donor referrals and guide organ evaluation, management and recovery. You will educate hospital staff and work with families and surgical teams.

The role requires travel across New England, with orientation and training supporting a high-stakes, compassionate program that saves lives through donation and transplantation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years clinical experience/critical care experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPTC Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond on-site to organ donor referrals to provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation.
• Manage donor care, organ allocation and organ recovery.
• Educate hospital staff and collaborate with donor families and surgical teams.
