Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic to promote and sell Electronic Fire Service offerings with responsibility for assigned territory and accounts.

You will manage the full sales process, from uncovering opportunities to closing deals, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. The role requires sales or technical experience in fire alarms and security systems, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and active licenses.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales or technical experience with fire alarms, security control, and monitoring or equivalent experience/education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to obtain licenses required by national, state and local codes.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Electronic Fire Service offerings to customers within assigned territory and accounts.
• Manage the full sales process from opportunity identification to proposal, contract, and closing.
• Provide ongoing customer service through delivery and post-sale support.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, design engineering, service, and management to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow up to secure repeat business.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the sales plan.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and present compelling value propositions.
