High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients averaging over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training program, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
