High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at independence and are eager to succeed in a high-end insurance sales environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial relief

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information

• Agents comfortable with high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-caliber agents.
