High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are independent, proactive, and ready to follow a proven system without needing hand-holding.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents requiring constant supervision or guidance

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month)

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven, effective system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with dedicated, high-performing agents.
