High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
Individuals who are not coachable and have a large ego.
Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.
Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
